  • Here is a really good video tutorial about why you should think twice about speaking with the police.  It is from the United States, but the principles apply equally here in Canada: “Don’t Talk to Police”.

  • Free legal resource: CanLII.   Most Canadian and provincial statutes are there, including the Charter, the Criminal Code and the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, as well as recent case law from all jurisdictions in Canada.  Just please remember that a little knowledge can be a dangerous thing.
